Membership FAQs
Membership is the best value to enjoy Yoga Refuge if you’re practicing 1-2x week or more! Here are some important details/frequently asked questions about studio membership.
Memberships recur on the same date each month (autopay).
Memberships can be paused or cancelled anytime AFTER the first month, with at least 14 days notice before next bill cycle.
Please email us at info@yogarefugepdx.com for membership changes. Request must be received at least 14 days in advance of next bill cycle.
Refunds are not available for partial or unused memberships.
Membership Pauses
We are happy to offer complimentary pauses on memberships (no fee)! Memberships can be paused up to 2x per year. Pause must begin on the membership rollover date, and can be any length of time from a minimum of 2 weeks to a maximum of 6 months.
Please email us at info@yogarefugepdx.com to request a membership pause. Request must be received at least 14 days in advance of next bill cycle.
Member guest passes
*To use the monthly guest pass that is included with your membership, please email us at info@yogarefugepdx.com with the guest’s name, the class they will be attending with you, and their contact information.
Member discounts
Members receive 10% off retail purchased at Yoga Refuge.
Certain workshops + events also include a 10% discount (where noted).
Partial Scholarships (20% discount)
We are happy to offer a 20% discount on studio memberships to select students by application.
Full-time Students and Senior 65+ (with ID), working artists, teachers, BIPOC, or anyone else who has income restrictions that inhibit access to yoga can apply for a partial scholarship here. It is important to us to make yoga accessible so please reach out if needed!
Returns + Refunds Policy

We’re not able to offer refunds on class cards, intro specials, and other class pricing options, but in certain cases we may provide studio credit. Extensions on pricing options that have an expiration date are sometimes provided due to unforeseen circumstances, determined on a case-by-case basis.
Workshops cancelled with 24 hours notice or more receive studio credit in the amount paid. With less than 24 hours notice, we’re not able to provide any form of refund or studio credit.
Memberships must be cancelled with a minimum of 14 days written notice before the next billing date. Please email us. Memberships must be paid to date to cancel and we’re not able to offer refunds on unused memberships.
Retail items can be returned within 7 days of purchase for studio credit only, and must be in new, unused condition with all of the original packaging.
